Meeting Space Rental for the ASEAN-Canada Free Trade Agreement Negotiations in Manila, Philippines

Canada has agreed to host the next negotiating session for the ASEAN-Canada Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations. The meeting will convene Chief Negotiators from Canada and the (ten) 10 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEA) countries, plus negotiating leads from a number of working groups and representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat. While daily numbers may fluctuate, the meeting is expected to convene up to 300 individuals. Canada is seeking offers to provide to the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development Canada conference facility rentals, audio-visual equipment rentals, and food & beverages for the ASEAN-Canada Free Trade Agreement negotiations in Manila, Philippines, November 24-28, 2025.
