This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or firm requirement. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No award will be made as a result of this draft PWS. \n\n Comments in response to this draft PWS are voluntary and will not affect a vendor's ability to submit a proposal if a solicitation is released. Proprietary information shall not be submitted in response to this draft PWS, nor will the Government be liable for any improperly identified proprietary information. The Government may reach out for additional information or clarification, but responses from the Government are not mandatory. \n\n Interested respondents should review the attached draft PWS.
