{"description":" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-26-Q-A013 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Government contemplates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation. \n\n Tactical Shelter Systems for Military Vehicles: \n\n CLIN 0001 Shelter System (HMMWV M1097), QTY 6 EA : Attaches directly to the cargo bed/superstructure. Enclosed footprint of 200 to 500 sq. ft. Modular capability to host/weather-seal with up to two (2) additional tactical HMMWVs OR securely connect with one (1) adjacent LMTV or MTV 1083 platform. \n\n CLIN 0002 Shelter System (LMTV M1078), QTY 3 EA: Attaches directly to the existing bows/frame. Enclosed footprint of 300 to 700 sq. ft. Modular capability to securely connect and weather-seal with up to two (2) adjacent platforms (specifically HMMWV M1097/M1152 and MTV 1083). \n\n CLIN 0003 Shelter System (MTV M1083), QTY 3 EA: Attaches directly to the existing bows/frame. Enclosed footprint of 450 to 900 sq. ft. Modular capability to securely connect and weather-seal with up to two (2) adjacent platforms (specifically HMMWV M1097/M1152 and LMTV). \n\n General Requirements Applicable to All CLINs (0001 - 0003): \nThe Contractor shall provide tactical shelter systems that serve as complete, weather-resistant covers and operational extensions during transport and stationary operations. \n\n \n\t Deployment & Displacement: Must utilize an integrated deployment frame mechanism permanently attached to the shelter fabric for rapid setup. Must feature a rapid-release capability allowing the shelter to be secured for transport in under ten (10) minutes. Must secure in a configuration that strictly maintains the driver’s rear-view and side-view visibility. \n\t Material & Environmental: Fabricated from high-tenacity, PVC-laminated polyester or poly-cotton duck fabric in OD Green, meeting MIL-SPEC standards for tensile strength, visual/near-infrared blackout capability, and flame resistance. Must feature two (2) integrated climate control ports/ducting interfaces for ECUs and an integrated interior lighting system. \n \n\n Evaluation Criteria: \nAward will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 included in this notice. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions. \n\n RFI & Submission Instructions: \nAll RFIs must be sent to the Contacts listed in this solicitation NLT 23APR2026 at 1700 (5:00 PM) EST.
