The anticipated period of performance will be a Base Year plus Four One Year Options. \n\n This Intent to Sole Source is in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13. 5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Switching services are required when a I/T/U (Indian Health Service/Tribal/Urban) facility submits pharmaceutical claims electronically to third-party Drug Plans for reimbursement. Change Healthcare provides such "Switching Services". Switching Service include Connect (switch), Edits (Pre and post), Card Finder, Web Services Sure-scripts, Web Services Medicare Eligibility. \n\n \n\n Service must be able to submit pharmaceutical claims electronically from the RPMS computer system to third party Drug Plans for reimbursement. This service is specific to the systems in place at the RL pharmacy. There are no other vendors with the capability to provide desired service that works with IHS RPMS system.
