This equipment is required for the Ophthalmology Clinic at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612.\nThis acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106 1(b), which allows for sole source procurement when only one responsible source is capable of providing the required supplies due to their unique or highly specialized nature. A Sole Source Justification has been completed and approved in accordance with applicable regulations.\nPeriod of Performance:\nApril 20, 2026 May 19, 2026.\nThis is a Special Notice, not a solicitation.\nNo solicitation package will be issued. The Government does not intend to compete this requirement.\nHowever, interested parties may submit capability statements that provide clear and convincing evidence that an alternative source could meet the Government s needs.
