Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Aircraft Rental for CAF Parachute Operations (Ontario). This requirement is for Department of National Defence. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under SA W6399-18KA26. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. Nomad Air; 2. Parachutisme Nouvel Air; 3. Finnie Manufacturing Co; 4. Reticle Ventures Canada Incorporated; and 5. W.M. Aviation Description of the requirement: The Department of National Defence requires Air Support for CAF Parachute Training.
