Procurement of external technical resources within IT

Description

The aim of this procurement is to enter into framework agreements for consultancy services within different disciplines in order to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for assistance. The contracting authority shall join up with a professional environment to cover its need divided into four sub-contracts.
