Establishing an LTA for transportation of returnees from RC to TC Herat Province

IOM aims to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for 1 year, renewable for Transportation of Returnees from Islam Qala Reception Center to Herat IOM Transit Center, with ONLY authorized Transportation Service Providers who is authorized for Transportation Services in Afghanistan, as described in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). This Invitation to Bid 30000028514 is for bidders who have the legal authority/registered to do business in Afghanistan. The IOM has the liberty to split the award based on each type of Rental Vehicle listed under annex 1.
