On 17 September 2024, a separate synopsis was released for a Notice of Intent to increase the contract ceiling for Contract M67854-22-C-0025 via point change 1 to J&A 22072, which also yielded no valid responses. \n\n This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. No solicitation is available for competitive bidding; however interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement. Any responses must be received no later than 2:00 PM, local time, 27 January 2026 to be considered. No telephonic requests will be accepted. All communications shall be in writing to the Contract Specialist, Natalia Bruno, and will only be used to consider whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
