This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million and PSC code J041 as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This contract is set aside 100% for small businesses with no specific category preference. Quotes from all small business categories are welcome.
