Needs Assessment for Youth Component

Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Tunisia is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a needs assessment under the COMPASS MPF project. The assessment will identify priority needs, challenges, and opportunities related to youth employment, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic inclusion in selected governorates of Tunisia. The findings will support the prioritization and implementation of activities aimed at enhancing economic opportunities for at-risk youth and reducing the drivers of irregular migration.
