The works would include lifecycle replacement of wall & floor coverings, new heatpumps and installation of a stacker slider door to framework to create the art & sensory space. 2 Panels of window will be removed and replaced with 2 aluminium doors to access the proposed new Exterior learning deck with the existing prefinished cover relocated over the new deck. Automatic blinds will be fitted for lockdown purposes. Block B was built in 1911 therefore an Asbestos Survey has been commissioned by an independent registered specialist. This survey determined Asbestos present in the base boards of the proposed work areas. The removal of such will be included in this RFQ and scope of work.
