{"description":" The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Facilities (ORF) intends to enter into multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts for professional Architect Engineering (A/E) services procured in accordance with the Brooks A/E Act, Public Law 92-582, as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.6.
