Replacement of Building Doors for Water Reclamation Facility - Phase 2

Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide removal and replacement of door frames, doors, and hardware at various buildings in the Water Reclamation Facility. The majority of the work shall be performed for exterior doors that have become corroded and causing a concern for safety codes; one door is located on the interior of the Digester Building. Submitted prices are to include all charges for new doors, new hardware, new replacement of various door frames, repair of existing door frames as needed, labor, administration, misc. materials, supplies, tools, shipping/handling/delivery, insurance, equipment, profit, and overhead.
