The scope of work will include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for site preparation, structural construction, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as all associated site utilities. This notice is not a request for proposals. The solicitation (RFP) will be issued on or about January 29, 2026, via the SAM.gov website. No paper copies will be issued. Contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. In advance of the solicitation release interested vendors are encouraged to fill out the attached NDA and Document Security forms and submit them to bwmccormick@fbi.gov and rbmccurdy@fbi.gov. NDA and Document Security forms will be required before a vendor will be eligible to receive the attachments to the solicitation. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for February 12, 2026. Site visit access will require the submittal of personally identifiable information (PII) to the FBI at least 10 days prior to the site visit. Early submission of the attached forms is requested to allow for timley processing.
