Design Team Appointment for TUS Nursing and Health Sciences Building Extension and the Establishment of Multi-Operator Framework Agreements for Works Related Services

The Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS) is a multi-campus university. The university campuses are spread across seven campuses throughout Ireland’s Midwest and Midlands regions; with campuses in Limerick, Tipperary and Athlone. TUS seeks to procure a Design Team for the Nursing and Health Sciences Building Extension project (Midlands Campus, Athlone) circa. 4,000 sqm extension and also to establish Multi-operator Framework Agreements (MOFA) for Works Related (Design Team) Services for Intermediate Works Projects, Large Works Projects, Major Works Projects, and Supplementary Services for a 4-year period. TUS seeks to appoint a maximum of 5nr. operators to each of the following nine (9) Lots. Lot A: Architecture; Lot B: Civil and Structural Engineering; Lot C: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering (MEP); Lot D: Quantity Surveying and Cost Advisory Services; Lot E: Project Management; Lot F: Energy and Sustainability Consultants; Lot G: Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP); Lot H: Fire Safety and Access Consultants; Lot I: Landscape Architecture. Each Lot will be awarded separately.
