For establishment of a Long-term Arrangement (LTA) for conducting financial assurance activities for UN Agencies in North Macedonia

Respected, The purpose of the assignment is the third-party service provider to conduct financial assurance activities upon request submitted by UNICEF, UNDP or UNFPA based on the detailed standards and procedures presented in the Appendixes of the ToR. Bid submission: Companies interested in responding to this Request for Proposal are required to submit a technical and financial proposal as outlined below by July 15, 2026 . 1.Technical proposal (including): Company profile indicating the relevant experience; the service provider should be experienced in applying ISRS standards and provide proof. The staff employed should be with recognised professional qualifications and suitable experience with ISRS standards; List of dedicated team members including their CVs and details on engagements carried out by the relevant staff, ongoing assignments indicating responsibilities assumed by them, and their qualifications and experience in undertaking such assignments; Indicate the approach to be taken by the team in completing the respective assignments and the indicative timeline for completion of the activity. 2.Financial proposal (including): Indicating the fee for the service presented in Macedonian denars, WITHOUT VAT.
