Online Gaming Integrity Geofencing System

Description

To prevent operators of illegal gambling websites and applications from gaining access to Florida markets and consumers, the Commission is seeking information on potential services that would bolster the Commission’s ability to block illegal online gambling within the state. Responses should include the following: (i) solutions for a compulsory state-wide geofencing system that would block illegal online gambling websites and applications in Florida, even if the operators of such websites and applications do not choose to geofence their own product; (ii) solutions for detecting and tracking illegal online gambling operations; (iii) an attestation that the proposed solution complies with all applicable federal and state laws; and (iv) solutions for partnering with stakeholders, such as telecommunication providers and electronic marketplaces.
