Response to this post is for inclusion in the oral solicitation at a later date. \n\n \n\n PRE-SOLICITATION \n\n OFFUTT AFB 49 IS TROOP FEED BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT 55 CONS/PKB – FA4600 \n\n 106 PEACEKEEPER LN, STE 2N3, OFFUTT AFB, NE 68113 \n\n 7 April 2026 \n\n \n\n \n\n Product/Service Code: S203 \n\n NAICS Code: 722310 \n\n Place of Performance: Offutt AFB, Nebraska \n\n Proposed Solicitation Number: Will be orally solicited outside of SAM.gov \n\n Closing Response Date: 24 April 2026 \n\n Proposed Solicitation Period: Oral solicitation will be sent within 2 weeks of response date \n\n Proposed Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside \n\n DESCRIPTION \n\n The 49 IS has an ongoing requirement for the acquisition of meals for troops on IDT/UTA. 55 CONS is planning on awarding a BPA to 1 respective contractor to fulfill this requirement. The delivery of any or all, at differing quantities, of the following products must be available per order of these BPAs: \n\n \n\t Breakfast \n\t Lunch \n\t Dinner \n\t Venga Breakfast \n\t Vegan Lunch \n\t Vegan Dinner \n\t Gluten Free Breakfast \n\t Gluten Free Lunch \n\t Gluten Free Dinner \n \n\n \n\n The contractor must be able to deliver these items upon 15 day notice within specified 30 minute windows based on operational requirements. These items must be available for delivery twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week during winter operations (October – April yearly). Please see the Statement of Need (SoN) for more details on the scope of the proposed solicitation. \n\n The total ordering period for these upcoming BPAs will be a five year ordering period from the date of award. Delivery will be made to Offutt AFB, Nebraska. \n\n Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be a Small Business concern to be considered for award.
