A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation will be posted on or around May 5, 2026. The government reserves the right to delay or not release the solicitation if facility needs change. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total small business set-aside. \n\nThe Mann-Grandstaff VAMC (MGVAMC) in Spokane Washington requires a contractor for flooring installation, renovation, and replacement services. The government anticipates a single award task order contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award as a result of this solicitation. The SATOC/IDIQ ceiling is $2M USD over a period of five years. \n\nThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238330 [Flooring Contractors] and the small business size standard is $19 million.
