The scope of works consists of refurbishing the main 4 classrooms and turning existing toilet blocks into break out spaces with smaller toilet capacity, all floor and walls surfaces will be replaced, large stacker slider doors will be fitted between classrooms, all older louvre type windows will be replaced, a new roof canopy across the front of the block over a new deck with a small canopy and deck to the rear of the building also. Electrical, painting, Security and fire alarm work all form the proposed work to this block. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed and consent is approved.
