{"description":" NASA/KSC has a requirement for Event Sequence Diagrams (ESD) populated with launch vehicles’ accident failure scenarios and outcome services. \n\n NASA/KSC intends to issue a sole source purchase order to acquire these services from Advanced Systems Concepts Associates (ASCA) as they have developed their own proprietary process and mission specific ESDs based on their database of all launches for all launch vehicles worldwide; a unique capability unknown to be had by any other company or organization. \n\n The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or commercial service using FAR Part 12. \n\n Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Allyson Grooms; allyson.grooms@nasa.gov. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.
