WCF Hoods for Stack and Rack Carts

Contractor shall provide the BEP with hoods for use in the internal production process. Upon completion of Offset and Intaglio print phase, carts are used to hold sheets for no less than seventy-two (72) hours of drying time. During dry times, each cart will be secured and strapped with a security hood and locking mechanism. As a minimum, offers must show – \n(1) The solicitation number; \n(2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers; \n(3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; \n(4) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the \nrequirements in the solicitation.
