It is located on the corner of Howe St and Hopetoun St, Freemans Bay, Auckland. The school is affected by overland flow path issues and poor drainage in certain areas. Environmental Context has undertaken a review and provided drawings to help rectify this issue, which is the scope of works for this ROI including remediation of boundary nibs, remediation of existing drainage, addition of drains at selected low points and other associated civil and drainage remediation works. No site visits are permitted during the works however you can drive around the site to see the tiered nature of the boundary fencing and entry/exit points.
