Note the target contract award date and operational commencement dates are indicative. The Council reserves the right to modify the dates at any time, at its sole discretion. The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable Respondents, who will then be invited to submit a commercial proposal via a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
