Main Contractor for 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, CW: Roofing Works Project at Kaikohe Intermediate School

Description

This RFT relates to delivery of roofing and associated construction works across multiple blocks at Kaikohe Intermediate School. These works include but are not limited to; gutter placements, clear lite replacements, roof repitching, roof replacement, joinery replacement, corrosion treatment, barge board replacements. The works will take place over the Christmas School Holidays. We are looking for a main contractor only for these works. Any incomplete tenders will not be considered.
