The purpose of this assignment is to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of UNESCO project “Economic Empowerment through Skills Development and Literacy Training in Afghanistan” which is part of the wider World Bank-funded Education Emergency Response in Afghanistan (EERA) Project. Useful notes: 1) Pre-bid Meeting/ Q&A Session by: July 13th, 2026, at 15h00 Kabul local time . 2) Expressing interest in participating in the pre-bid meeting should be communicated no later than July 11th, 2026, 23h59 Kabul local time . 3) Intention to bid or not to bid (with brief reasons) shall be communicated to UNESCO by July 16th, 2026.
