Audio-Visual Technical Assistance Services and Equipment Rental for UN City

Description

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of audio-visual (AV) technical assistance services and AV equipment rental which address the following objectives: Provide technical assistance to WHO Conference Services and other UN agencies for international meetings at UN City Copenhagen in case demand exceeds existing resources. Provide AV equipment for rent to WHO Conference Services and other UN agencies. Provide interpretation equipment for rent to WHO conference services and other UN agencies. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
