Thisinstrument is a critical shared resource used to support multiple research programs andrequires continuous operation to ensure research continuity and data integrity. \n\n Purchase Description: \nThe contractor shall provide a comprehensive service agreement for the Cytiva Biacore S200 SPR system, including: \n•One (1) annual preventive maintenance visit including full system diagnostics andperformance verification \n•Repair services, including troubleshooting and corrective maintenance \n•Replacement parts (OEM-certified) \n•Labor and travel costs \n•Software updates and system optimization (as applicable) \n•24-hour telephone technical support \nAll services must be performed by Cytiva factory-trained and certified personnel. \nSalient characteristics: \nThe required service must meet the following minimum requirements: \n•Compatibility with Cytiva Biacore S200 SPR system \n•Access to OEM proprietary diagnostics and software updates \n•Use of genuine OEM replacement parts \n•Service performed by OEM-authorized, factory-trained engineers \n•Full-service coverage including parts, labor, and travel \n•Preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal system performance \nPERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 5/17/2026 - 5/16/2027 \n"}
