The ILO through the Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) Project, seeks to engage a consulting firm to undertake a comprehensive assessment of Ethiopia’s private intermediation sector for international recruitment. The assessment will focus on the recruitment value chain, business ecosystem, regulatory environment, and gender dimensions, including issues related to formalization, challenges, gaps, and opportunities.
