The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, and perform all operations necessary to conduct a comprehensive package of diagnostics and testing of the Airfield Lighting Computer System (ALCS) by certified technicians. The service shall include advanced preventive and predictive maintenance capabilities, along with complete hands-on system and hardware training for the customer maintenance personnel.
