Provision of Reference Samples of drugs

Description

The Procurement Unit (PU) of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) on behalf of the United Nations on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) hereby invites qualified Vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of reference samples of drugs and precursors (hereafter referred to as ‘reference samples') in order to assist partner laboratories in the analysis of seized materials and biological specimens mainly in countries with limited resources or with difficulties in obtaining standards of controlled drugs and precursors. Further details will be communicated to interested vendors via the tendering documents. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine the EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an Expression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. Interested vendors are encouraged to register at www.UNGM.org and provide their UNGM number in the response form. UNOV/PU reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
