The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services at the U.S. Consulates in Florence, Italy. The Contractor shall provide managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services required under the contract. Total estimate number of buildings to be serviced per year: 2. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
