Introduction UNDP Mongolia Country Office is looking for a national legal entity who will perform the following assignment. Improving Adaptive Capacity and Risk Management of Rural Communities in Mongolia (ADAPT)’’ Project Duration: 4 months Scope of work: The objective of the assignment is to support the development and approval of the regulation on the governance and organizational structure of the Herder Development Fund, together with procedures for the formation, utilization, and oversight of the Fund’s resources, thereby enabling herders to engage in climate‑resilient livestock production, facilitating government‑supported loans to promote the establishment and strengthening of herders’ producer organizations (HPOs), and contributing to the sustainable development of the livestock sector.
