Supply, implementation and support of PCR-based CFTR variant testing assays

Description

We are seeking an assay for Cystic fibrosis (CF) and cystic fibrosis related disorders caused by pathogenic variants in the CFTR gene. The intended use of this assay is Genetic testing for: • Diagnostic confirmation • Carrier screening • Newborn screening (NBS) follow-up after elevated immunoreactive trypsinogen (IRT) results.
