{"description":"DESCRIPTION \n\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) , Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to identity Small Businesses (including SDVOSB/VOSB, WOSB,8 (a), and HUBZone) capable of performing Triennial Electrical Power Distribution System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing in accordance with: \nNETA METS (Maintenance Testing Specifications)\nNFPA 70, 70E\nVA Directive 1028\n\nPlease see attached Statement of work for details. \n\nThe sources sought does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. If you have the availability to provide the requirements, please respond to the sources sought with a capabilities statement. The sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to the sources sought; all costs associated with responding to the sources sought will be solely at the interested vendor s expense. Not responding to the sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
