This ROI is issued by Tāmaki Regeneration Limited, referred to below as “TRL” or “the Buyer” or “we” or “us”. Tāmaki Regeneration Limited (TRL) are looking to engage demolition and land contamination removal contractors to work on a 2-year programme of residential demolition across our properties in the Tāmaki region. This work requires the removal of contaminated soil and materials and the demolition and site clearance of approximately 75 properties. Our aim during this ROI process is to find contractors that will be a partner in our journey, that will integrate seamlessly with our team and be able to deliver the work professionally and safely.
