The requirement consists of the implementation, training, and technical support for an SPD competency management platform to support sterile processing operations at the Dublin VAMC.\nThe MySPD platform provides integrated SPD-specific functionality, including:\n Digital competency validation and documentation tailored specifically to sterile processing workflows\n Standardized training content aligned with AAMI, ANSI, Joint Commission, and VHA requirements\n Role-based competency assignment and validation\n Real-time compliance dashboards and audit-ready reporting\n Proven deployment in healthcare sterile processing environments\n Vendor-provided implementation, training, and ongoing technical support\nNo other known commercial solution provides an equivalent, fully integrated SPD competency management platform with validated sterile processing content and operational maturity suitable for immediate deployment at the Dublin VAMC.\n\nThe anticipated contract structure is a Base Period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods.\nThe Government anticipates the total value of this procurement to be within the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, inclusive of all option years.\n The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430 and the service code is U009. \n\n\nThis notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals.
