Services will include: site design, preparation and maintenance (pre-, during, and post- award); food: delivery, prepared and served; potable water delivery and distribution; lodging for up to 375 personnel at the CTCP Victory; HVAC; generated power; lighting; cots; several support tents (dining, operational command, etc.); ice; latrines; black and grey water removal; showers; fuel for all contracted support equipment to maintain base; sinks; dumpsters; trash cans; trash removal; interior lighting for tents and exterior generated tower sets.
