A market briefing on the Project, the scope of the PTA, and the procurement process will be held via MS Teams at 12pm on Tuesday, 12 August 2025. If you are interested in attending the market briefing, please email tenders@resolvegroup.co.nz with the names and email addresses of those from your organisation you wish to attend no later than 5pm on Monday, 11 August 2025. You will receive an Outlook calendar invite for the session after these details are provided. Attendees will be given the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. This will be a two stage procurement process. It is intended that the first stage of the process, the Registration of Interest (ROI) documents, will be advertised publicly via GETS at 4pm on Tuesday, 12 August 2025. All suppliers will be eligible to submit an ROI response. You do not need to attend the market briefing to be eligible to download the ROI documents or to submit an ROI response.
