This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the services provided by IT Professional services resources with specialized knowledge of ServiceNow, and in particular, business process mapping and service management workflows that enable Human Resources Services, IT Service Management, and Facilities and Field Service Management, as well as the other business capabilities available within ServiceNow that will be mapped in the future. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. All questions in relation to this solicitation must be sent in SAP Ariba through the Event Messages board of this RFP.
