RFI - Supply and Install of a Hydrogen Flow Metering Test Bench

Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Measurement Canada, located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is requesting industry feedback regarding the design, fabrication, assembly and validation of a test bench with associated software, to facilitate metrological performance testing of domestic gas meters in measuring gaseous hydrogen as well as other working fluids. Canada is seeking feedback from suppliers to help understand potential barriers and improve the structure of this requirement to encourage broader supplier participation and result in best value for Canadians.
