Roudebush VA Medical Center has a requirement for the renewal of brand name Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC (Spacelabs) Intesys Clinical Suite (ICS) software maintenance. Under this proposed action VA will secure continued technical and remote support for the Spacelabs ICS software currently installed on the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center s Telemetry system. The Period of Performance shall be a base period of 12 months from date of award with four subsequent 12-month option periods, if exercised. Based on Market Research, the VA Technology Acquisition Center intends to issue the subject solicitation, and subsequently award, on a sole source basis to Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC.
