All required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by October 14, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All responses submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada for Information Technology professional services, including technical, functional, and project support, for various projects and activities within the HCMSB Phoenix Operations team with the objective of stabilizing and improving the technical aspects of the Government of Canada (GC) Pay System and all associated PeopleSoft ERP solutions maintained by HCMSB on an “as and when requested” basis.
