Responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this advertisement. This advertisement does not obligate the Government to award to any lease contract.\n\nThe Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies clinical and related space at 223 West Bel Air Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21001, in a lease that expires April 30, 2026. To satisfy the VA mission requirements, the current Aberdeen, MD Veteran Center must remain operational.\n\nTerm:\nEstimated term is up to 5 years; up to a 2-year firm term, 3-year non-firm (soft) term.\n\nTenant Improvements:\nNo tenant improvements will be performed under the succeeding lease award\n\nSpace Availability:\nThe space must be available for occupancy by May 1, 2026.\n\nRentable Square Feet:\nApproximately 1,200 Rentable Square Feet of Medical Space.\n\nLocation:\nTo be considered, space must be within the following delineated area:\n\nN: Intersection of I-95 and Level Rd, ends Intersection of I-40 and Level Rd.\n\nS: Intersection of I-40 and Level Rd, ends Intersection of I-40 and Riverside Pkwy\n\nE: Intersection of I-95 and Riverside Pkwy, ends Intersection of I-40 and Riverside Pkwy\n\nW: Intersection of I-95 and Level Rd, ends Intersection of I-95 and Riverside Pkwy\n\nThe Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition.
