This change is incorporated directly into the Description for clarity. \n\n Specification Clarification – Physical Dimensions: \nThe unit shall not exceed maximum dimensions of 277” (L) x 88” (W) . \n\n All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. \n\n Outdoor Packaged Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) Rooftop Unit \nQuantity: 1 \n\n Description: \nProvide one (1) outdoor packaged DX rooftop dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) unit designed for commercial/industrial application. Unit shall include, at a minimum, the following features: \n\n \n\t Steam heating coil \n\t DX cooling coil \n\t Hot gas reheat (dehumidification) coil \n\t Horizontal airflow configuration \n\t Discharge air temperature control \n\t Minimum 2” MERV 8 filtration \n\t Supply fans with variable frequency drives (VFDs) \n\t Backdraft dampers \n\t Integral control components as provided by manufacturer \n\t Stainless steel drain pan and corrosion-resistant coil casing \n\t Coated coils for durability \n\t 460V / 3-phase power configuration \n\t ETL (or equivalent) certification \n \n\n General Requirements: \n\n \n\t Unit shall be factory-assembled and tested \n\t Equipment shall be suitable for outdoor rooftop installation \n\t All internal refrigerant piping shall be factory installed \n\t Manufacturer shall provide standard warranty and documentation \n \n\n Exclusions (by others): \n\n \n\t Installation, rigging, and setting \n\t Steam piping, valves, and external connections \n\t Controls integration and BMS tie-in \n\t Electrical wiring and field connections \n\t Curb and external isolation components \n \n\n Offerors shall provide pricing, estimated lead time, and country of origin with their quotation.
