We are inviting Registrations from experienced residential developers who have the capacity to deliver new and affordable homes in areas of demand, from infill residential, through to large-scale greenfield projects. The KiwiBuild underwrite provides a guaranteed back-stop purchase option for all completed but unsold, contracted KiwiBuild homes. The Crown’s back-stop commitment underpins lending interest, enabling developments to be built at scale and pace. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the Government on a commercial basis to facilitate the supply of affordable homes for eligible KiwiBuild buyers.
