The uses, compositions and methods for both testing products are registered in three U.S. Patents: USPTO Nos. 7,939,314; 7,935,521; and 7,901,932. \n\nThis procurement, therefore, is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
