This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. Description of the Requirement: Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide research, analysis, and report preparation services aimed at producing a 10-Year Scientific Report for Polar Knowledge Canada. Security: There are no security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers. Applicable Trade Agreements: There are no applicable trade agreements Proposed period of contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to November 30, 2026 inclusive.
