The CARE service is intended to be a community-led initiative designed to provide a non-authoritative, people-centred support system in Wellington’s nightlife and urban spaces. This initiative aims to enhance on-street safety, inclusion and social wellbeing through a positive, non-judgemental and compassionate approach. For further information, please refer to the attached RFI document. Information received through this RFI will inform our future strategy, requirements and future sourcing activities (if any).
